The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying an excellent area, just next door to the Casino, the beach, Jamaica. The staff members were courteous, we received great service.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we really enjoyed our choice👍

I loved this all-inclusive hotel and stayed for 1 night here. The room was contemporary and impressive, had an ironing set, a work desk and a couch bed. A spa bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus.

Magnificent location and the hotel is fairly clean.

It has gorgeous and stocked rooms to offer with 2 double bed.

For a 5 star hotel everything was good, I liked to be here. The restaurant was good, offered outstanding food. The staff there were consistently courteous and beautiful.

Sincerely, it was a pleasant stay by one night. They gave us Wheelchair Accessible room with 2 double bed and that was essential.

Breakfast was lovely, the room silent, we had a very mediocre time. The outdoor bar was executive, enjoyed it. Besides, we parked our car nearby.

Newly furnished rooms, plenty of products for a tasty breakfast. The beach adjacent to the hotel was magnificent. Pleasant view, a big balcony, large bed, too. The people working here were outstanding, they provided impeccable service, great value...

Generally, it's old-fashioned place, liked it.

I liked the stay here. Well-kept hotel, the staff were all efficient and courteous and the location was best possible close to the Casino.

Outstanding restaurant, responsive staff, PREMIER position. Liked the downstairs bar. Conveniently located for us. We had snacks in the lobby. All in all it was great value, considering prices in Spring Rises.

Very convienient location, great value, service-minded staff, sumptuous breakfast. Gourmet restaurant on the premises is fabulous. We loved the private beach, it is located adjacent to the venue. Easy check-out too.

Staff was well-trained, the continental breakfast was satisfactory. Room had a luxurious bathroom and free WiFi, climate control and satellite television. Lagoon view was worthy. Relaxed by the pool, it was excellent, especially when the weather was beautiful.

It was so clean, staff was so pleasant. Very spacious suite and wonderfully comfortable bed. They made my stay memorable.

Location is ideal, really polite staff, the room is such comfortable and absolutely gorgeous.

Staff attitude was professional. Super comfortable beds, a minibar, ironing facilities and a couch bed were a nice touch. The hotel was steps away from the heart of Spring Rises.

We do loved it because of stuff and food. They put safety first, offer smoke detectors in rooms...

Free WiFi was working perfectly. There is a mini-bar, an individual safe and a couch bed - that's always a plus. Furthermore, parking on-site was a bonus. It was a 5-star hotel in every way.
